It's Time to Kick Off the Campaign!

Friends and Neighbors,

I am humbled and honored for the outpouring support I've received since I announced that I am running for the San Jose City Council. As a school board trustee in District 4 for the past 13 years, I have led the fight to give our children a better education. I want to bring that experience to city hall and fight to make our city a place where everyone can thrive. 

I wish to cultivate a culture in which the residents of our district know that their voice matters and to be accessible to everyone in the community. I am proud to be a longtime resident of the district and to have raised my children in this community. On the City Council, I will bring our voice to local government and, together, we will create a San Jose that works for everyone.
